At SCOTTBLAK, we strive to deliver premium-quality streetwear. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • Your Order ID.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • If a replacement is available, it will be shipped at no extra cost.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
