We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
Limit quantities purchased per customer.

If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally delivered within 4–6 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
SCOTTBLAK is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Care

For longer-lasting Puff Print and DTF prints:

Wash inside out.
Use cold water.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly on the print.
Air dry whenever possible.

Damage caused by improper care is not covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, product designs, images, graphics, and website content are the exclusive property of SCOTTBLAK.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

SCOTTBLAK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
